Live fully and joyfully…
…at Redeemer Health Care Center, where you’ll enjoy engaging activities, delicious meals, good conversation and the friendship of neighbors.
Our recreation programs embrace the whole person—mind, body and spirit—and improve quality of life. Our Therapeutic Recreation department designs and implements a large variety of programs that should meet any interest—exercise, music, food (baking, tasting), parties, coffee groups, travel, gardening, poetry, Redeemer University, Music & Memory, library cart, discussion groups and more!
Redeemer offers many opportunities for a rich and full life, including spiritual care. Our staff chaplain is available for the spiritual needs of residents, families and staff—always respectful of personal and cultural preferences.
Many scheduled classes and groups can help expand your biblical knowledge and deepen your connection with God:
Bible Studies · Prayer Groups · Chapel Services ·
Personal Prayer and Counseling
Our dietary director designs delicious and nutritious meals three times each day. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are used to make dishes that everyone enjoys. Special diets are always accommodated. Meals are professionally-served restaurant-style in our gracious dining rooms.
Lakeside Cafe is available for a coffee break, enjoyed by staff, family members and visitors.
Volunteers add so many “extras” that create special moments in the daily lives of our residents. Helping with events and games, performing music, baking, gardening, Courtyard Companion, playing cards, escorting residents to and from areas within the building, or simply holding a hand to listen or reminisce are just a few of the volunteer opportunities. If you have a special talent, please let us know. We rely on the willing hands and generous hearts of our volunteers to help make Redeemer a warm-hearted community!
An Intergenerational Community
Located within Redeemer Health Care Center is Grandma’s House Children’s Center, a Christian child care and early learning center for children six weeks to ten years old. The children have the opportunity to benefit from the intergenerational setting by spending time with the “grandmas and grandpas,” the residents of Redeemer. Activities are regularly scheduled and interactions between the skilled nursing residents and the children is uniquely priceless and valued by both generations.
